These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by Sacred Journey Recovery Solutions LLC (“Sacred Journey Recovery”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) at https://sacredjourneyrecovery.com (the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

Sacred Journey Recovery Solutions LLC operates Sacred Journey Recovery, a men’s addiction treatment program in California. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” in these Terms refer to Sacred Journey Recovery Solutions LLC.

2. Not Medical Advice or Emergency Care

The content on the Site is for general informational and marketing purposes only. It is not medical advice, mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment and should not be used as a substitute for professional care from a licensed provider.

Use of the Site does not create a doctor patient, therapist client, or other clinical relationship between you and Sacred Journey Recovery.

If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 immediately. If you are in crisis or thinking about self harm or suicide, you can call or text 988 in the United States or use your local emergency number.

3. Eligibility and Use of the Site

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age, or using the Site under the supervision of an adult
  • Have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms
  • Will use the Site in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws

You agree that you will use the Site only for lawful purposes and only as permitted by these Terms.

4. No Guarantee of Admission or Outcomes

Information on the Site about services, programs, insurance, or availability is general in nature and may change without notice. Nothing on the Site is a guarantee of:

  • Admission to any program
  • Eligibility for services
  • Insurance coverage or payment by any payer
  • Any specific clinical or life outcome

Decisions about treatment are made case by case through appropriate clinical and administrative processes, not through the Site alone.

5. User Submissions and Communications

The Site may allow you to submit information through contact forms, insurance verification forms, email, text message, or other communication channels.

By submitting information through the Site or to the contact details listed on the Site, you:

  • Represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to provide it (including information about a loved one, where applicable)
  • Understand that electronic communications can have security limitations and that we cannot guarantee complete security of information transmitted over the internet

We reserve the right to refuse, remove, or limit communications that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

Clinical services may also be subject to a separate HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. If there is a conflict between the Privacy Policy or these Terms and a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices with respect to protected health information, the HIPAA notice will control for that information.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non infringement, or course of performance.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Site will be available at any particular time or location
  • The Site will be secure or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components
  • The information on the Site will be accurate, complete, or current at all times

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sacred Journey Recovery Solutions LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

In no event will our total liability for all claims relating to the Site exceed one hundred dollars (USD $100), or the amount you paid to us for use of the Site, if any, during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.

You agree that the state and federal courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or dispute relating to these Terms or the Site, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Effective date” at the top of this page and post the updated Terms on the Site.

Your continued use of the Site after the updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time and for any reason, including if we believe that you have violated these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including those relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
